The Torquay Tropicana Motel is located at the heart of Victoria's surfing capital, and offers affordable year-round resort accommodation to meet your quest for the ultimate Torquay experience. 

Whether it be a family beach holiday, exciting surging surf, a memorable holiday experience, Surfcoast walking tracks with great views from the towering cliffs that are crowded by dense forest, surfside dining and relaxation, a wild Winter Surfcoast experience, a surfing camp, or your own holiday concoction, the Tropicana provides the ideal holiday base. 

We have 10 double suites, one disabled, with both a queen size bed and a single.
Four family units have a queen bed and two single beds. 

Four family self-contained spa units which have a queen bed in a separate room and two single beds and a divan in a lounge kitchenette area. Two digital flat screen TV's are provided.

All units have microwaves, toasters, digital flat screen TV's, electric blankets, iron and board, reverse cycle air-conditioning, direct dial telephones, clock radios and tea and coffee facilities.

Cooked or continental breakfasts are available from early morning to 9:00am.

Our check-in time is from 1 pm, and our check-out time is at 10 am unless pre-arranged.

Meeting & Conference Facilities
The Motel can accommodate up to 70 people, and can offer a unique small meeting and conference environment through the adjacent conference facility with TV, music and multimedia services.

Torquay Experience Groups
We also accommodate groups who want to experience all aspects of Torquay. We can arrange golf mornings or afternoons, book restaurants and nearby tourist activities, suggest a winery visit, or assist you to plan a range of activities to take in the delights of the Surfcoast environment, and we can assist you to enjoy the best the area can offer, no matter what the season or your own desires.

Consisting of five nights and six days (from Sunday to Friday), three meals a day, and great accommodation at the Tropicana, the Surf Camp experience enables you to sample the famous Bell's Beach, Winki Pop, and many great waves.

For those who want to know where the waves are, when they are breaking best, just ask your friendly host.
